Our Strictly Come Dancing parties are Fab-U-Lous! They are one of our most popular party themes all year round (even when the show isn’t on tv!)
Don’t just take our word for it, check out this video above from a Strictly party we ran, for a 9yr old girl and her friends…
Everyone is a fan of the popular show, and now you can immerse yourself in the sparkles and glitter too.
How our Strictly Come Dancing Parties work:
- Mini Makeovers to give you that sparkly Strictly pazzazz (this is an add on if you want it included)
- A Strictly themed party prize for the birthday girl/boy
- Playing a range of Strictly themed dance party games
- Learning a Ballroom/Latin style dance routine of your choice
- Dance performance and getting your scores from the VIP judges
Dance Styles which work best
You can choose which dance style you’d like us to teach you for the main dance routine, the one that you’ll perform at the end of the party.
BUT there are a few Ballroom styles that don’t work as well. The partner dances that are slower are not great for parties. The best ones to choose are the solo dances, and the faster ones are always fun!
Why not choose from the following styles:
Why not choose from the following styles:
- Charleston dance
- Jive dance
- Samba
- Cha Cha Cha
- Street dance
Which Strictly games do we play?
- The theme tune game is in small groups. The children make up their own short dances to go with the Strictly theme tune which is great fun
- We all score the dances at the end with our Strictly score paddles
- The Strictly corners games is where Strictly themed pictures are stuck in the four corners of the room and you have to dance to the correct corner before you get eliminated!
Some of our Dance Parties teachers were on the STRICTLY FINAL!!
